Twenty percent (20%) of improvement is the result of physical changes made to manufacturing floors and/or processes; the remaining eighty percent (80%) comes in the change required by Owners and Managers to become Leaders. Our Leadership commitment will coach your team on how to maximize the efforts of your Subject Matter Experts, focus on the work they do and top-down implementation of targets and objectives with bottom-up improvement action.
